Food and Nutrition WIC (Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children)
The goal of WIC is to improve the health of low-income pregnant women,
new mothers, infants and
children up to 5 years old. WIC provides food, nutrition
education, and access to health services. To learn more about WIC,

Food Shelves
Food shelves provide free food and personal care products (such as
diapers, shampoo, soap, etc.) to people in need. Minnesota has more
than 300 food shelves. One out of every 22 Minnesotans uses a food
shelf. For a complete list of food shelves throughout Minnesota
