Help Me Connect is available to help pregnant and parenting families with young children birth to 8 years of age find services in their local communities that support healthy child development and family well-being.  Care providers and families can search for a variety of available programs and services closest to the family’s home address such as health and well-being services, early learning and child care programs, disability services, and Tribal Nation programs.

United Way 211

United Way 211 is a free, statewide information and referral service. Professional staff members are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to answer your questions and connect you with over 20,000 community services. Just dial 2-1-1. Cell phone users can call 651-291-0211 or text your zip code to 898-211. Help in other languages is available Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm.
